On My Grind Select is the official travel squad for On My Grind, competing in international events and giving players the opportunity to test themselves against some of the top programmes in Europe.Our squads compete in the EYBL (European Youth Basketball League), the NABL (North Atlantic Basketball League), and multiple invitation-only events throughout the year.

OOn My Grind Select will be competing in the NABL at U15, U17, and U20 levels. This competition will provide a strong gateway for some of our younger players to gain valuable international experience, while also helping to open doors for our future plans and continued development within the NABL.

USA- AAU

We are working in partnership with DME Academy (Florida), a nationally recognised U.S. high school basketball powerhouse, to host our AAU tour.
Players will participate in daily on-court practices led by DME’s coaching staff, focusing on skill development, game preparation, and high-level training standards. In addition, athletes will compete in AAU tournaments during the tour, providing regular opportunities to apply training in a competitive environment.
This partnership is designed to combine elite basketball development with exposure to the U.S. basketball landscape, creating a well-rounded experience for players on the AAU circuit.

We’re excited to announce an upcoming Canada trip, offering players the chance to experience a different side of North American basketball through our partnership with a powerhouse programme.
This tour will provide a unique development and competition environment, with strong opportunities for growth, exposure, and international experience.
